Ziele
Dieses Seminar befasst sich intensiv mit der Methodik und der Praxis des Troubleshootings in komplexen Enterprise Netzwerken.

Tools, mit denen Fehlersuche und -behebung in Umgebungen mit Switches und Routern durchgeführt werden können, sind Teil des Seminars. Im Fokus sind weiters die Trouble Tickets, die von den Teilnehmern in vielen praktischen Labs bearbeitet werden. Die Diskussion unterschiedlicher Lösungsansätze ermöglicht einen besonderen Lernerfolg für die Teilnehmer. Eigenständiges Fehlersuchen und auch die Fehlerbehebung in einem Enterprise Network in LAN und WAN sollte nach diesem Kurs von den Teilnehmern beherrscht werden.


Nach Abschluss des Kurses haben die Teilnehmer Kenntnisse zu folgenden Themen:
