60 min Yoga with Johanna (200h Certified Yoga Teacher), in German or English
Hatha Yoga: focus on strengthening + stretching the entire body; plus little cardio.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: focus on cardio ( calorie-burning full-body workout) combined with some strengthening and stretching.
No matter which style you choose, in the end you will be feeling delightfully exhausted & relaxed, mentally and physically.
Either at my place (1030) or at yours.
STUFF YOU NEED:
All you need to bring is a yoga mat and some comfortable clothes.
