SAFe® POPM - Product Owner / Manager Training
In the SAFe® POPM Training, you will develop the necessary competencies to act as a SAFe® 5 Product Owner / Product Manager, guiding value streams within a Lean Enterprise. During this two-day course, you will gain a profound understanding of your role within the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and how value is achieved in the Program Increment.
You will learn to apply Lean Thinking to break down epics into features and stories. Through practical examples, you will refine features and stories, and manage program and team backlogs. Additionally, you will learn how to plan and execute iterations and program increments. Furthermore, you will be introduced to the importance of a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and a DevOps culture for continuous optimization of ART performance.
Implementing SAFe principles in practice While the SAFe system synthesizes a significant amount of knowledge and hundreds of deployments through proven and integrated practices, not every practice will apply universally. Therefore, it is important to refer to these SAFe principles as a guiding framework. They can help you find solutions to more complex problems, apply them in your unique circumstances, and stay on the path of continuous improvement.
