Skills you will learn:
- The Product Owner manages a Product Backlog that includes customer requests (executing work).
- The team, under the guidance of the Product Owner, decides on the items to be accepted from the Product Backlog and determines a way to deliver the work at the end of the sprint according to their expertise.
- Collaborative work is done during sprints.
- The Scrum Master takes care of the team daily and looks for any impediments. Throughout the sprint, they provide their leadership.
- Sprint reviews are regularly organized at the end of each sprint.
- The process continues continuously and iteratively until all work is placed in the Product Backlog.
