Tourism & Regions
How a regional tourism organization and six destinations run a shared training offer under their own brands – the example of Lower Austria Tourism (Niederösterreich-Werbung).
Industry solution
One learning platform for the whole tourism network
Tourism organizations, destinations and regional associations use courseticket to train businesses, staff and partners across their network. Everyone works on one shared platform – and each region still appears under its own domain, design and sender name.
The typical situation
- Many partners, small team: training for hundreds of businesses that are not your employees and should be able to sign up themselves.
- Several brands: the region, its destinations and local areas each want their own look – without maintaining seven systems.
- Mixed formats: on-site workshops, webinars, videos and short online modules should sit in one catalog.
- Open and internal offers: some courses for all businesses, others only for the staff of one destination.

Niederösterreich-Werbung, the regional tourism organization of Lower Austria, runs a free e-learning and knowledge platform for businesses in its tourism network together with the region’s six tourism destinations. Since August 2026 it has been running on courseticket at elearning.niederoesterreich.at.
- Each destination – such as Donau Niederösterreich, Mostviertel or Wiener Alpen – has its own domain, design and emails. Administration and data are shared.
- Businesses and their staff use the offer free of charge; internal offers of individual destinations are only visible to their own audience.
- courseticket created courses and interactive H5P units in the region’s corporate design, for example on sustainability in tourism.
- Events run on the same platform with tickets and QR code check-in.
